YOUR ACCOUNTS, COSTS AND NEXT STEPS
The files are one part. Knowing what you control is the other.
Eli and Shannon, you should not have to hunt through a book to find out who holds a domain, what an account costs or what still needs your attention. Here is what the records reviewed for this handoff establish—and what they do not.
This is a records-based starting point, not a completed account transfer or a certification that every activity is licensed or insured. Unknown costs are not zero. Existing arrangements remain in place until the appropriate owners agree to a change.
Single Shot Adventures
- Domain: singleshotadventures.com
- The authenticated September 21 Cloudflare check confirms the domain is active in the existing account. Levi is still listed as the registrant, administrator, technical and billing contact. That identifies the recorded contact and account control; it does not by itself settle legal ownership of the business or website.
- Last recorded domain cost
- $10.46 per year is the renewal price displayed in Cloudflare on September 21. Auto-renew is on, scheduled for June 24, 2027; expiry is July 24, 2027. The current account resolves the older July 25 date discrepancy. This is a displayed renewal price, not a newly paid invoice; taxes and future changes are not confirmed.
- What remains to be handed over
- Identify the receiving account, day-to-day administrator and renewal payer. Confirm who should control the domain, website publishing and email separately. Receiving these website files does not transfer any of those accounts.
- Next action
- Levi’s September 12 email to Shannon, Eli and Rosselen already sets the direction: move this domain to a Cloudflare account controlled for Single Shot, with Rosselen coordinating. Levi keeps automatic payment in place until Rosselen confirms the move and the receiving renewal billing. The receiving account ID and day-to-day administrator still need a confirmed record. No completed move into their account was established. A payment-method change alone is not the domain handoff.
- Prepared transfer sequence—not yet executed
- Confirm the receiving account ID and administrator, prepare the existing DNS and website/email dependencies, check transfer eligibility, then request the move only with the owners’ approval. The receiving administrator has five days to accept. Contact information carries over; DNS and other configuration do not. The receiving account becomes responsible for renewals. Rosselen’s completion confirmation should cover account control, renewal billing, website and email tests. Cloudflare’s current account-transfer procedure.
EDM Overhaulers
- What is included
- The handbook, job forms, working model, flip planner and a local website preview. Keep using the working-backward buying test: realistic resale less the full cost and required return gives the buying limit.
- Domain, email and recurring charges
- The September 21 inventory of all six registered domains in the inspected Cloudflare account contains no EDM-branded domain. That does not rule out another account, registrar or domain name. The scoped CSG mailbox search and local records did not establish EDM’s domain, dedicated email subscription or bill. The website preview is not proof that those services have been purchased or transferred.
- What closes the gap
- A current registrar record for the intended EDM domain, the account administrator, renewal date and quote; an email administrator’s account/user list and latest invoice; and the existing agreement about who pays. Eli and the current account holder confirm the intended setup before anyone requests a transfer. Do not buy a duplicate service just because a record is missing here.
Systematic Business Operations
- What is included
- Client intake and records templates, service examples, planning tabs and a local website preview. These support Shannon’s business; they are not an account-access handoff or evidence that every service has been adopted.
- Email and website
- Saved September 12 correspondence identifies Shannon’s CSG email address. That does not establish a separate SBO mailbox, mailbox ownership, a per-user charge or a completed migration. A temporary SBO site has been reported, but its public address, controlling account and charges were not established in the sources inspected for this update.
- What closes the gap
- Shannon confirms the address and brand she wants clients to use. The current administrator supplies the domain/site account record, mailbox-versus-alias status, latest invoice and any agreed allocation to SBO. Agree the destination, access and payer before any change; preserve existing correspondence and access.
Email costs: what is paid now, and what belongs to your business
CSG’s shared Google Workspace subscription is now Business Standard on Flexible billing, active September 21, 2026. The current estimate is five paid seats × $16.80 = $84 per month, before taxes and invoice adjustments. Next billing is October 1. This is the shared subscription total, not an $84 charge to SBO, EDM or Single Shot.
CSG’s planned two-seat setup would cost $33.60 per month at that rate, but it is not in place yet. Preservation and account changes must be completed first. Do not use the planned reduction as a current expense figure or interrupt an existing address to reach it.
Shannon: the shared subscription does not establish a separate paid SBO seat or a fee owed by SBO. Before using an email cost in your quote, confirm which address and service you will use and any amount explicitly agreed for your business. Eli: EDM’s dedicated email and domain costs remain unverified; the local website preview does not create a subscription.
For a cost CSG carries on a business’s behalf, record the actual supplier charge, service period, payer and agreed business share. Software used across several businesses is not automatically one client’s entire overhead. CSG’s setup, reusable tools and correction work stay distinct from agreed client delivery. This handoff creates no reimbursement or new monthly fee, and nothing is owed for receiving it.
Licensing and coverage: keep the evidence with the activity
The package contains operating guidance and draft policies. Those are useful preparation—not issued licenses, insurance policies or proof of coverage.
- EDM
- Match the exact entity and actual buying, resale, repair and worksite activities to the current business records. Obtain the relevant issued permissions and insurer’s written coverage confirmation for the work actually undertaken. No current policy schedule or complete issued-license set was established in this review.
- Single Shot Adventures and barbecue
- Keep Adventures and the barbecue supplier separate. The chosen activity, location, food provider, vehicles and people determine which records need checking. The existing materials identify these review areas; they do not establish that each future outing or supplier is approved and covered.
- SBO
- Confirm the exact entity, services offered, current business permissions and coverage with the relevant records and professional. Do not infer Shannon’s qualifications, insurance or authority from a service-menu template.
- If people will be hired or engaged
- Workers’ compensation status was not established here. The business owner and qualified adviser or broker need to confirm the actual worker arrangement, applicable obligations and evidence of coverage or an applicable exception. This is an open verification item, not a finding that a policy is missing or required in every case.
A clear finish for the account handoff
- Collect the records once. Current domain screen, email user list and invoice, relevant license records, insurance declarations and the existing cost-sharing agreement.
- Name the person responsible. Each business chooses its administrator and payer. The current account owner confirms what can be handed over; coordination is not permission to change access.
- Confirm receipt. After an approved change, record the date and verify sign-in, website, email and renewal responsibility. Keep passwords and recovery codes out of this shared package.
The aim is simple: you know what you have, what it costs, who handles it and what is left. Until the open items are resolved, use this as a disclosed handoff review—not a statement that account transfers or operating approvals are complete.
Evidence basis: saved September 12 Single Shot registrar readback and name/domain memo; the saved services and renewal register; existing Single Shot operating guidance; current handoff tools. Cloudflare records, the sent domain-handoff email and authenticated Google Admin subscriptions, transactions, payments-profile, domain and paid-user records were inspected September 21, 2026. Google Admin access is restored. Scoped CSG-mail and Drive searches did not establish issued licenses or current coverage; that is not evidence they do not exist. Other registrar accounts, restricted records and insurer portals have not been exhaustively inspected. Business cost allocation, other provider charges and coverage remain unverified. No purchases, transfers, access changes, external messages or legal submissions were made.
