SINGLE SHOT ADVENTURES

Company handbook · Revised September 21, 2026

A working handoff, prepared with appreciation

Pricing, working examples and how we grow together

Eli, make the next experience easy to say yes to.

Start with the kind of day you want your guests to remember. Then use the offer examples and forms to make the details clear: who it is for, what is included, who delivers each part and what it costs.

  1. Shape one real inquiry. Put the group, date, activity and inclusions into a working offer.
  2. Check the delivery. Confirm the providers, access, preparation and costs before promising the experience or its price.
  3. Close the loop afterward. Compare the quoted costs and time with what actually happened. Keep what worked and use the difference to improve the next offer.

Single Shot Barbecue can be a supplier where it fits, with its own scope and invoice. It stays a separate business. The planning examples help you test an offer; they are not existing bookings.

Keep a blank master of each tool, then save a separate working copy for your business or client. Models and Word files open in a compatible spreadsheet or document app; fillable PDFs work best in a PDF app.
