SYSTEMATIC BUSINESS OPERATIONS

Company handbook · Revised September 21, 2026

A working handoff, prepared with appreciation

Pricing, working examples and how we grow together

Shannon, make the work fit the business you want to run.

This is here to support your judgment, not tell you what your business has to become. Start with a client’s actual need and the work you’re comfortable delivering. You do not need to complete every workbook tab or offer every service.

  1. Agree on a clear piece of work. Define the records or support needed, what the client will provide, the finished result and the due date.
  2. Set a price for that scope. Use the service examples as a starting point, then account for the volume, condition of the records and time involved. The listed tiers are proposals, not rates you have agreed to charge.
  3. Give the client a useful handoff. Explain what you completed, what needs their attention and the next agreed step. Keep each client’s records separate.

The workbook contains blank intake and records templates plus planning tabs for SBO itself. It is a toolkit, not a test of your ability. In the financial examples, cash left after expenses and the value assigned to your own time are shown separately; that time allowance is not another bill.

Keep a blank master of each tool, then save a separate working copy for your business or client. Models and Word files open in a compatible spreadsheet or document app; fillable PDFs work best in a PDF app.
